Marketing and sales professional, and a mother of four that doesn’t believe in limitations.  I have over twenty years of diverse experience and I know what it takes to get the job done.  I began my career in Graphic Design working in the AE field and later becoming self-employed and taking on a full-time sales role.  I have handled sales on both sides of the aisle, first as a purchasing manager in a male dominated 24-hour heavy manufacturing facility with a yearly operating budget of approximately $100 million. After some years in this role, I decided to take on a new role in a sales position that would allow a better balance for me and my family and would allow me continue to maintain the consulting business I was providing as a designer and marketing specialist both with the AE firm I began my career with and also with new clients in different industries.  My first year as a real estate professional I was named the #2 rookie in the company and have since served as the president of my local real estate board and chair of the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and worked my way up to a team in the top 2% of the company all while continuing to maintain my consultation business and grow my family.  I have been working with Gary at Top Tier, in the background, since the beginning.  I don’t believe in the pre-conceived notion of limitations, and in that way Top Tier is a great fit.  Gary saw an opportunity and took off with fierce and unrelenting force, to provide a much-needed service, in an innovative way no one had ever thought of before.  In just over three years, and throughout a global pandemic that brought many small businesses to their knees, Gary has created a thriving venture.  I am proud to help provide marketing and recruiting services to Top Tier and excited to be a part of the limitless possibilities ahead.
